You have 10 days from the date of purchase to process a return or an exchange.

 Returns/Exchanges are processed within 3 business days of receipt to our warehouse.

Please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase amount, excluding any shipping fees.

Please use a form of shipment that includes tracking information to confirm receipt of your return.

We are not responsible for missing/lost packages and will not process refunds for merchandise we do not receive. Any lost packages, must be filed with courier used to ship return.
